Track, Inc. is your Midwest source for genuine Tucker parts. We carry a complete inventory for all model years. Call us today with your serial number and the parts will be shipped tonight.

Why do you need my serial number?
Each Tucker is custom built for the original purchaser. Our database includes the original specification (build sheets) for the vehicle you own. These build sheets give us the information we need to make sure we ship you the correct parts.

Can you look my serial number up?
Yes – If you purchased the vehicle from Track, Inc.

I don’t know what parts I need.
We are here to help. Track, Inc. has a service staff available to troubleshoot your problems and identify the parts for you.

Service:

We do it all; from troubleshooting – to field work – to a full vehicle service that includes pick up and delivery. Our staff of licensed mechanics works on all makes and models. They will take care of your warranty issues, provide a summer service, train your drivers, answer your questions, and even share your ideas with the manufacturer. Good maintenance = Good trade value.

Summer Service:

After a long, cold winter, why spend more volunteer time during the spring and summer months maintaining equipment?  Let Track, Inc and our Tucker Sno-Cat® trained and certified mechanics handle all your Tucker Sno-Cat® and Tucker Terra® maintenance needs

Here are the highlights of what our full Summer Service covers

• Pick up and deliver your Tucker Sno-Cat® or Tucker TERRA®
• Full inspection with report before work is started
• Full pressure wash with all panels removed and entire vehicle degreased
• Oil bath wheel inspection and service
• All filters and fluids (coolant changed after test results if needed)
• Transmission oil change, external filter only (2500 series); internal filter on AT545
• Differential oil checked and/or changed based on hours and last service or at customer’s request
• Full chassis servicing/greasing
• Tracks inspected and adjusted to proper specification
• Vehicle alignment and steering adjustments
• Hydraulic system pressures and flow rates
• Gray or black areas painted as needed (blade, frame, driveline, etc.)
• Full report to customer with deliver

Summer Service Prices

Full Service with no pick up or delivery (customer handles transportation)	$ 2,500.00
Full Service with pick up and delivery within 300 miles round trip	$ 3,000.00
Full Service with pick up and delivery within 500 miles round trip*	$ 3,500.00
*Over 500 miles round trip will be charged $ 2.50/additional mil

Three-Year Extended Vehicle Warranty Program

Extended Warranty Program (Total 3 years)    $5,000.00    No Deductable

Includes the Following

• Mechanical: Motor, Transmission, Transfer Case, Front & Rear Differential, and Frame from any manufacturing defect not caused by accidental or other damage of the vehicle.
• Electrical: All electrical wiring and components from any manufacturing defect not caused by accidental damage or normal use wear of the vehicle.
• Chassis: Any chassis manufacturing defect not caused by any accidental damage or normal use wear of the vehicle.
• Hydraulics: All hydraulic components from any manufacturing defects not caused by accidental damage or normal use wear of the vehicle.

Terms & Conditions:

• This warranty does not include recovery cost from trail breakdown.
• Track, Inc. Annual Summer Service Program must be utilized; failure to do so will void this warranty. First year service is included in original purchase price of the vehicle. Second and third year servicing is $2,900.00* each year.
• Track, Inc. Annual Service Program will be on-site and includes travel one way to your vehicle. Travel cost for the return travel is $2.50/mile. See separate Annual Service Program for details of service.
• This warranty does not cover any component that comes in contact with the ground including the tracks, blade and push tube or any component damaged from any accident.
• Modification to the vehicle without Track, Inc. approval may void this warranty.

*Rates subject to change. **All components under warranty claim are subject to final OEM inspection and approval.

Five-Year Extended Vehicle Warranty Program

Extended Warranty Program (Total 5 years)    $10,000.00    No Deductable

Includes Track, Inc. Three-Year Extended Vehicle Warranty provisions up to year 4, plus the following coverage:

• Mechanical: Motor, Transmission, and Frame from any manufacturing defect not caused by accidental or other damage of the vehicle.

Terms & Conditions:

• This warranty does not include recovery cost from trail breakdown.
